Maintenance Technician Details:

Job Details

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Maintain and repair electrical/control systems including sensors, motors, servos, and PLCs
Service mechanical systems such as pumps, conveyors, gear drives, valves, vacuum and air handling systems
Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment following manuals, diagrams, and specifications
Identify safety, reliability, and continuous improvement opportunities
Calibrate equipment and instrumentation as required. Minimize downtime by identifying issues early and coordinating maintenance activities
Use electrical and mechanical testing tools to locate and resolve equipment issues

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

1-3 years of related experience required
Associates degree, Technical School Certificate or Military training in one of the following fields: electrical or electronics systems, industrial controls, or manufacturing Systems/Mechanical Systems
Ability to use hand tools and knowledge of associated safety procedures
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
Mechanical proficiency, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work with vendors, contractors, and company employees
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
