Maintenance Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
77,000.00 to $ 115,000.00 / annually Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
Job Deatils
- Lead equipment maintenance by ensuring timely completion of PMs, initiating work orders, and supporting rebuilds and repairs alongside the maintenance team
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for PLCs and automated equipment
- Utilize the computer maintenance management system to assign work orders, manage resources, and run performance reports
- Oversee the preventive maintenance program, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, audited regularly, and continuously improved
- Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, including job assignments, coaching, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Support daily operations through participation in meetings, staffing planning, hiring, onboarding, and adherence to all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in food manufacturing
- Knowledge of employee safety, food safety, and quality programs
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Competency with Microsoft office applications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
