Quality Assurance Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
43,680.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Perform routine and non-routine inspections of in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Conduct product testing, verify job instructions, and support incoming inspections for suppliers.
- Participate in daily audits, internal quality audits, and assist with updating standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements across the production floor.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and consistent product quality.
Quality Assurance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred (metal, paint/finishing a plus).
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, 5S programs, and hands-on shop floor experience; forklift experience a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
