Assistant Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily diner operations including staffing, training, food quality, service standards, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Assist with daily FOH & BOH operations to ensure smooth service
- Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and support staff needs
- Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and speed of service
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and facility standards Identify and resolve issues proactively
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (diner/fast casual preferred)
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and proactive Flexible availability (AM/PM/weekends) Valid driver’s license
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
