Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation accurately
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with production and supervisory teams to identify ongoing maintenance needs
- Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in root cause analysis
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, PLC basics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work assigned shift, including overtime if needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
