2nd Shift Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:30pm to11:00pm )
- Lead, coach, and support production team members throughout the 2nd shift
- Coordinate daily workflow to meet production targets and quality standards
- Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity; provide corrective guidance when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and company expectations
- Resolve shift-level issues related to staffing, equipment, materials, and workflow
- Maintain accurate shift reports, documentation, and communication with management
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to support smooth operations
- Drive continuous improvement and encourage a positive team culture
2nd Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
- Knowledge of safety practices and production processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility to train on 1st shift and work the full 2nd shift schedule
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
