1st Shift Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Repair and replace defective components, parts, or systems as needed
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation accurately
- Assist in equipment setup and installation
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Collaborate with production teams to support smooth daily operations
1st Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely around machinery
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
