Injection Molding Tech Details:

Oversee molding operations: start-ups, shutdowns, mold set-ups, inspections, troubleshooting, and purging.
Complete and maintain all required records, set-up sheets, maintenance logs, and tracking documentation.
Monitor product quality, reduce scrap, and ensure compliance with QMS requirements.
Supervise staff, maintain proper shift staffing, train team members, and uphold safe working conditions.
Attend production meetings, communicate updates, maintain inventory of critical parts, and support continuous improvements.

Injection Molding Tech Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of injection molding experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of plastics and intermediate math; ability to train and supervise others.
Completion of molding-related training (such as Nissei Injection Molding class or equivalent experience).
Ability to stand or sit for long periods, read small print, write clearly, and communicate effectively.
Commitment to protecting customer confidentiality and following quality and procedural requirements.
