Blow Mold Technician
Lead injection blow molding operations, supervising production, quality, documentation, and safety for high-volume plastic manufacturing.

Blow Mold Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
26.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Second Shift
- Oversee daily injection blow molding operations, including mold set-ups, material changes, purging, and troubleshooting.
- Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance, approving new equipment and maintaining repair records.
- Ensure all products are correctly identified, documentation is accurate, and required paperwork is delivered to QC.
- Monitor product quality, investigate defects, reduce scrap, and uphold ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
- Supervise and train department personnel, maintain safe working conditions, proper staffing, and adequate stock of critical parts and materials.
Blow Mold Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 5 years of injection molding experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of plastics and basic math, and familiarity with injection blow molding processes/training.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and communicate clearly in person and by phone while projecting a professional image.
- Comfortable standing or sitting for long periods, reading small print, writing legibly, and hearing within normal ranges.
