Accounting Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Maintain active inventory records and input the incoming inventory in the computer system.
- Accounts payable/ Accounts Receivable
- Maintain records by accurately recording transactions
- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Daily closing duties
- Answering phones and assist with mail distribution
Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors, team members, and management.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office or accounting environment preferred.
- Ability to adapt and learn new accounting software or company-specific systems.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
