Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Operate milling machines, 3D printers, and other dental lab production equipment.
- Follow detailed digital work orders and quality specifications to ensure accurate results.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Inspect products for precision and consistency before moving to the next production step.
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and write in English to follow digital work orders and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination for precision work.
- Basic computer skills required; CAD experience is a plus.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
