3rd Shift Production Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 01:10pm to07:00am )
- Manage daily production in a plastic molding facility
- Oversee a team of operators and ensure efficient operation
- Monitor production quality by examining molded parts, quality reports, and implement corrective actions to maintain standards
- Ensure safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and orderly work environment Identify opportunities for process optimization, implement new techniques to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime
- Leadership Communication with staff and management
- Skill in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions for production or quality issues.
3rd Shift Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Supervisor experience required
- Plastic molding experience preferred
- HS Diploma required
- Must be available to train on 1st shift, then move to 3rd shift.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
