Shipping Team Member
Shipping Team Member is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and documenting outgoing shipments to ensure customers receive quality products on time. Strong attention to detail, excellent paperwork accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shipping Team Member Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Prepare and package parts for shipment according to customer and company specifications
- Verify part counts, labels, and packaging materials for accuracy
- Complete all required shipping paperwork, including packing slips, labels, and documentation
- Match orders with work orders, customer requirements, and inventory records
- Inspect parts for damage, defects, or quality issues before packaging
- Use basic shipping systems to print labels and track shipments
Shipping Team Member Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork
- Ability to read and follow work orders, labels, and documentation
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for shipping systems and label creation
- Prior shipping/receiving or packaging experience preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
