Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 to $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Assemble precision components and products according to detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely to complete assigned production tasks.
- Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and proper fit throughout the assembly process.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Assembly Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced production setting.
