Bilingual Counter Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing professional and friendly service in both languages.
- Sales and Order Processing: Take ownership of customer orders from start to finish, including identifying parts, checking availability, quoting prices, and processing sales transactions accurately.
- Product Expertise: Use product knowledge, technical specifications, and electronic systems to help customers find the correct parts and understand their features and benefits. Inventory and
- Stocking: Assist with managing inventory, pulling parts for customers, and stocking shelves to maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Payment Handling: Process various payment methods, such as cash and credit cards, while accurately maintaining a cash drawer.
- Upselling and Problem-Solving: Proactively suggest related products or services and work with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely fulfillment. Workspace

Bilingual Counter Sales Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers, electronic systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication skills to explain product features and address customer concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
