Truss Builder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Assemble pre-cut lumber and connector plates into truss assemblies according to design specifications and shop drawings
- Lay out truss configurations and verify measurements for accuracy
- Operate hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, and saws safely and effectively Ensure all products meet quality and structural standards before shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Truss Builder Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or carpentry preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Must be able to read and follow basic blueprints, work orders, or diagrams Basic math and measurement skills (able to read a tape measure accurately)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be committed to following all company safety rules and procedures
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
