Maintenance Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs in apartments, including faucets, door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers.
- Assist with general construction, carpentry, groundskeeping, and cleaning tasks during apartment turns.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain attention to detail when working independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in completing daily assignments.
Maintenance Worker Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required for candidates seeking direct hire with the client.
- Some hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or apartment maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to perform basic repairs such as replacing faucets, door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
