- Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (+$3.00/hr Shift Differential)
- Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+$2.50/hr Shift Differential; 36-hour work week)

Plant Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSunday )
In this role, you’ll perform repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of work areas and grounds.
- Move furniture, install signage, and support general facility upkeep.
- Conduct monthly inspections and maintain maintenance logs.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear proper PPE.
- Identify, report, and correct potential hazards.
Plant Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Prior experience in facility or industrial maintenance is required.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical documentation, including electrical schematics, and follow maintenance procedures.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position
- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
