Office & Sales Support Administrator Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Provide general office support including filing, scheduling, document management, and task coordination
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assist Account Managers with client relations, order entry, follow-ups, and inquiries
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and perform data entry across CRM, ERP, and internal systems
  • Support sales team with reports, proposals, presentations, and other administrative tasks
  • Track and manage inbound inquiries or service requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a professional and positive company image in all communications
  • Collaborate across departments (operations, finance, HR) as needed

Office & Sales Support Administrator Qualifications:

  • Previous office administration or customer support experience preferred
  • Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience supporting sales or account management teams is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM or ERP experience preferred
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills; works well independently and in a team environment
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
