We are seeking an experienced manufacturing Supervisor for a 1st shift position in Tecumseh, MI. This role oversees daily operations to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and a safe work environment.

Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.85 to $ 36.06 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Plan, organize, and manage daily plant operations to meet production and quality targets.
- Lead, train, and develop and production teams to promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and company standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with purchasing and logistics.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to maintain product integrity and meet customer specifications.
- Develop and manage plant budgets, controlling operational costs and resources effectively.
- Maintain open communication with management and other departments regarding plant performance and issues.
- Be available and flexible to support operations across all three shifts when needed.
Supervisor Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics, extrusion, or related industries.
- Proven leadership managing production teams in a multi-shift environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dedicated to safety and continuous improvement.
