A skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician is needed on 2nd shift in Tecumseh. The ideal candidate will be experienced in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery, tools, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct welding and fabrication work as needed for equipment repair or modification.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and report equipment issues promptly.
- Work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist in installation, setup, and testing of new equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement efforts.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or similar environment).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, welding, plumbing, and mechanical repair.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying environmental conditions.
