- Work Schedule – Sunday thru Thursday – 11 P.M. to 7:30 A.M. (Weekend OT as needed)
Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:
Direct Hire position- $
32.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on packaging and automation equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize robotics, PLCs, conveyors, and other production systems.
- Support line setups, changeovers, and ensure safe, efficient equipment operation.
- Train and mentor team members while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance for packaging, manufacturing, or automation systems.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, including PLCs and robotics.
- Experience with conveyors, palletizers, flow wrappers, cartoners, and related production equipment.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and safely follow procedures in a fast-paced environment.
