HVAC HELPER Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems.
Transport, stage, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
Prepare worksites by cleaning, unloading supplies, and setting up tools and safety barriers.
Support technicians with troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities.
Perform basic mechanical tasks such as cutting, fitting, and insulating ductwork and piping.
Monitor system performance and record data for technician review. Follow strict safety protocols for working in extreme cold, remote locations, and confined spaces.
Maintain the cleanliness of job sites and company vehicles.
Assist with emergency HVAC calls as directed.
HVAC HELPER Qualifications:
Experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or construction field preferred.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
