We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Grapevine, TX, for one of our fast-growing clients. The role involves operating and maintaining blow molding equipment, performing setups, troubleshooting, quality checks, and ensuring production meets safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing or factory experience, with knowledge of hand tools, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 07:00pm to07:00am )
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor blow molding machines to produce plastic products that meet quality standards.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment and assist with mold changes as needed.
- Perform quality checks, record production data, and maintain accurate logs.
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures to ensure efficient production.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or factory experience preferred; plastics industry experience a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate a forklift and use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
- No formal education requirement; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must follow all safety, quality, and GMP guidelines and pass standard employment screenings.
