Machine Operator
We are seeking a dependable Mold/Expander Operator to support daily production by accurately measuring and cutting foam materials. The ideal candidate will have strong tape-measure skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:30pm to03:00am )
- Use a tape measure to accurately measure wires and materials for precise foam slicing
- Operate equipment to expand, mold, and cut foam products according to specifications
- Lift, move, and position foam materials throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Sort, recycle, and properly dispose of foam scrap or excess materials Inspect finished pieces to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures and report any equipment or material issues promptly
- Assist with general production tasks as needed to support team workflow
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Strong tape-measure skills and the ability to read measurements accurately
- Ability to lift and handle foam materials safely (25-50 lb) Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a shift
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well independently or as part of a team Prior experience in manufacturing or material handling is a plus, but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
