Machine Operator
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Machine Operator with forklift experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently, performing quality checks, and handling materials using a forklift as needed. Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:30pm to03:00am )
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production specifications
- Load and unload materials using a forklift safely and efficiently Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervision
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on operating experience with forklift required
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
