We’re looking for a skilled Welder to join a locally owned company specializing in custom metal fabrication and installation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with steel, aluminum, and other metals in a fast-paced, outdoor, and team-oriented environment.

Welder - Grants Pass Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform MIG and/or stick welding on various metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
- Cut, measure, and fit materials according to specifications
- Safely operate fabrication and power tools
- Assist with onsite assembly and installation as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
Welder - Grants Pass Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience (1+ year preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable transportation and good attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
