Elwood Staffing has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead / Supervisor in the Arvada area. Great Monday - Friday schedule, start ASAP.

Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $28.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 09:30pm)
  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates on the 2nd shift.
  • Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to meet production and delivery schedules.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on warehouse procedures, forklift operation, and safety standards.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed to support operations.
  • Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for shift employees.
  • Work closely with logistics, production, and inventory teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (productivity, accuracy, attendance, etc.).

Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Forklift certification and hands-on operating experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
