Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 01:00pm to09:30pm )
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates on the 2nd shift.
- Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to meet production and delivery schedules.
- Train, coach, and develop team members on warehouse procedures, forklift operation, and safety standards.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed to support operations.
- Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for shift employees.
- Work closely with logistics, production, and inventory teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Track and report key performance metrics (productivity, accuracy, attendance, etc.).
Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Forklift certification and hands-on operating experience required.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed.
