Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking for a great opportunity with a stable manufacturing company? We’re looking for someone who takes pride in helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. HYBRID POSITION. 8:30am-5pm M-F, In Warsaw Office Tuesday and Thursday with the other three days remote.

Customer Care Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Process and track product returns and exchanges
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Provide outstanding service and build long-term relationships with customers
Customer Care Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred)
- Experience handling returns, replacements, or warranty claims
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a hybrid environment
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
