Maintenance Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Prepare vacated apartments for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliance fixes.
- Assist with apartment upgrades, installations, and general hands-on construction or carpentry tasks.
- Report maintenance needs, safety issues, and completed work to property management.
Maintenance Worker Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required for candidates seeking direct hire with the client.
- Some hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or apartment turns preferred.
- Ability to perform basic repairs such as replacing faucets, door knobs, light switches, and outlet covers.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
