Harvest General Labor
The Weighmaster is responsible for the daily operations and workflow of the scale house. This role involves weighing and sampling grain, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining excellent communication with truck drivers, farmers, and team members.

Harvest General Labor Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:30pm )
- Weigh and sample incoming grain for moisture, damage, and foreign material.
- Enter accurate data into the CompuWeigh system for each truck.
- Communicate with the dump room operator and customers as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist with outside tasks as needed.
Harvest General Labor Qualifications:
- Must have steel toe boots
- Must be okay working in alternating temperatures
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable standing for long periods, especially during harvest season.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-traffic environments.
- Primarily indoors; occasional outdoor work in dusty conditions.
- Mentally demanding and fast-paced during peak harvest.
- Long hours required during busy seasons.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
