2nd Shift Line Lead Details:
Direct Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift
- Lead and coordinate production line operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Train, motivate, and manage line staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance.
- Monitor inventory, production schedules, and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, follow regulatory procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
2nd Shift Line Lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of related manufacturing or leadership experience.
- Experience leading teams, training staff, and managing production line workflows.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance (cGMP preferred).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, production tracking systems) and strong problem-solving abilities.
