Line Machine Operator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 11:00pm to07:30am )
- Safely set up, operate, and maintain packaging equipment, including changeovers and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor production quality and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure consistent output.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to optimize productivity.
- Train and guide team members on proper equipment use and safety practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to all safety and quality standards.
Line Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Experience operating or maintaining packaging equipment, including cartoners, labelers, or printers.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and changeover procedures.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard work and continuous improvement concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to follow safety protocols.
