Forklift Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise a small team
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) with training provided
- Manage inventory, organize stock, and maintain accurate records
- Print labels and handle basic computer tasks for shipments and documentation
- Mentor team members and ensure safety protocols are followed
Forklift Lead Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
- Forklift experience preferred (training provided for sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks)
- Basic computer skills for printing labels and other warehouse tasks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
