Warehouse Lead/Supervisor
Join a new pallet refurbishing facility in Columbus as a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor where you’ll lead the team, drive production, and help launch a growing operation!

Warehouse Lead/Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
60,000.00 to $ 70,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- 100% hands on role
- Enhance workflows for pallet dismantling, refurbishing, and shipping
- Train & Manage a team of dismantlers, machine operators, and general laborers
- Maintain production standards (e.g., 300+ pallets /day)
- Organize inventory, shipments, and material flow
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and off-site leadership
- Step in to assist with forklift operation or pallet handling when needed
Warehouse Lead/Supervisor Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE 2-3+ years of hands on experience with pallet dismantling, refurbishing and distribution
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Machine operating experience (Trim-saws, dismantling tools etc.)
- Forklift certification or operational experience
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in physical warehouse settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Background in pallet operations or logistics is required
- Familiar with OSHA safety standards and inventory control practices
