Construction Project Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and budgets for new projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead and mentor project staff while ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Proficiency with estimating software, project management tools, and blueprint reading.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
