Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform basic welding tasks on metal parts and assemblies under supervision.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools safely.
- Inspect and measure finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow blueprints or instructions to complete assigned projects.
- Assist with material preparation, cleaning, and shop organization as needed.
Welder Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of MIG or TIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, measurements, or welding symbols.
- Comfortable using hand tools, grinders, and welding equipment safely.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow welding skills through hands-on experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
