Team Leader (Food Production Line) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Lead and motivate a small production team on the food line.
- Monitor workflow to meet daily production and quality goals
- Ensure proper setup, operation, and sanitation of equipment.
- Train and support team members in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety practices.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, QA staff, and other departments.
Team Leader (Food Production Line) Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or production leadership preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
