Production Line Lead Details:
Direct Hire position- $
20.00 / hour  Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 04:00pm to02:30am ) 
- Ensure line safety and compliance with PPE and safety protocols.
 - Train, motivate, and monitor line workers; optimize workflow and staffing.
 - Plan shifts, manage inventory, and stage line changeovers.
 - Maintain quality standards, follow assembly instructions, and support Lean/5S initiatives.
 - Track materials and products in Pack Manager; complete required documentation.
 
Production Line Lead Qualifications:
- Fast-paced production environment; frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling.
 - Lift up to 25 lbs; work on concrete floors in non-climate-controlled areas.
 - High school Diploma or GED
 - 2+ years of leadership experience
 - Basic math skills; Microsoft Office proficiency. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 - Experience in Pack Manager, Kronos, EDI preferred
