Distribution Center Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
62,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, ensuring proper staffing, balanced workflows, and productivity targets are achieved.
- Direct daily inventory audits, investigating discrepancies with a focus on high-value items.
- Review and interpret warehouse performance reports, implement corrective actions as needed, and track progress.
- Coach and guide employees to meet deadlines and achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster cross-department collaboration and clear communication.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
Distribution Center Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong math, organizational, and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to become certified in material handling equipment.
- Physical capability to move safely throughout the warehouse.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
