Property Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
Responsible for the physical maintenance and the general repair of the exterior and interior of the buildings, systems and fixtures within the apartment property.
Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Trade School and/or military training a plus.
- Six months experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
- Must have at least six months of verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, HVAC etc.
- Experience in making repairs to electrical systems, windows, flooring, walls & doors, general heating & cooling and carpentry.
- Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to perform basic math and use tape measure.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
