Guardian Bikes Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 17.75 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Operate machinery and tools to assemble components according to specifications.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading parts.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve manufacturing processes.
Guardian Bikes Assembly Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
