A growing automotive manufacturing organization is hiring a Tool & Die Team Member to support stamping operations, tooling maintenance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Tool & Die Team Member Details:
Direct Hire position- $
33.77 / hour First Shift
- Maintain and repair automotive stamping dies using CNC mills, grinders, lathes, welders, and hand tools.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure top performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems to support production efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to improve die functionality and overall manufacturing processes.
- Experience working in a Tool & Die or stamping environment
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, CNC machines, and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Understanding of metallurgy related to sheet metal specifications
- Journeyman Tool & Die certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
Tool & Die Team Member Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 8 years of hands on experience with tool and die experience maintaining stampings dies
