Production Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.55 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
- Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 6:30am)
- Operate downstream equipment and assist with line start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changeovers.
- Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality and correct labeling.
- Package, wrap, and prepare finished goods for shipment according to company standards.
- Monitor production output and record quantities to maintain efficiency.
Production Worker Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Comfortable working 40+ hours per week, including weekends if needed.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
