Weld Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Monthly, technician will make a print out of all gages do for calibration per the respectivemonth. Gages will be calibrated by the technician before or on due date on calibration sticker. Note: Calibration must not go past due date. Verify on printout with an initial complete calibrations. Daily , technician will be an active member outlining and documenting customer and company quality expectations.Technician will participate in capability studies, document corrective actions, and other continuous improvement quality functions.Returned material will be analyzed by technician, recorded on form F-19 as a continuous improvement task. The continuous improvement team will complete the C.A.R. worksheet.SPC charts will be entered into the computer and charted as necessary. SPC data will be made available upon request.Technician must be qualified to perform quality inspector and first / last piece inspectorprocedures as directed.The technician will support the company in QS efforts. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Weld Tech Qualifications:
MIG and TIG experience
Weld Tech experience
Be able to interpret a cut and etch weld test
Robotic weld, programming and editing a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
