If you enjoy reading blueprints, managing details from quote to delivery, and working closely with both customers and production teams, this is the perfect fit.

Project Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
52,000.00 to $ 62,400.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Prepare cost estimates and quotes for commercial cabinetry and millwork projects
- Review estimates with the President and other team members as needed
- Manage awarded projects from start to finish, including ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and overseeing fabrication and installation progress
- Coordinate with internal production teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Support project planning using CAD tools (Microvellum experience a strong plus)
- Handle punch lists, follow-up requests, and general project communication
- Work in a small business environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial construction, cabinetry, millwork, or furniture manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cost estimating for materials and labor
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency with CAD software; familiarity with Microvellum preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to “wear many hats” in a growing company
