Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets and general ledger entries
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online for daily bookkeeping
- Generate and analyze financial reports
- Collaborate with management on budget tracking and forecasting
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting
- Experience with month-end and year-end closings
- Strong skills in reconciliation and balance sheet preparation
- Advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer literacy
- Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
