Warehouse/GL Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Surface preparation: Clean and prepare floors by methods like shot-blasting to ensure proper paint adhesion for durable, permanent lines.
- Line application: Operate specialized equipment or machines to spray or apply paint to create designated lines for walkways, traffic aisles, and safety zones.
- Material handling: Manage paint and other materials required for the job, including mixing them if necessary.
- Quality control: Inspect the finished lines to ensure they meet company and customer specifications for thickness, color, and durability. Equipment maintenance: Clean and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns, nozzles, and hoses.
- Safety compliance: Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work area maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to 5S or other workplace standards.
Warehouse/GL Qualifications:
- Physical ability: Be able to stand, walk, bend, and sometimes lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail: A strong focus on detail is necessary for accurate and high-quality line application.
- Experience: Experience with industrial painting equipment, especially sprayers, is often required or preferred.
- Safety awareness: A strong commitment to following safety protocols is essential, particularly when working with hazardous materials or in a busy industrial environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively with a team to complete projects efficiently.
