Currently hiring a Maintenance & Automation Engineer to support production systems! In this role, you’ll keep equipment running smoothly, solve problems fast, and lead improvements in Robotics, CNC machines, and PLC controls.

Automation and Maintenance Engineer Details:
Direct Hire position- $
65,520.00 to $ 82,800.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to03:00pm )
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Robotics, CNC, and PLC systems.
- Develop improvement plans to boost efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
- Train and support associates on automation and equipment systems.
- Work with leaders and engineers to solve issues and improve performance.
Automation and Maintenance Engineer Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma + 2 years’ experience OR associate degree.
- 2–4 years of relevant maintenance/automation experience.
- Skills with Fanuc Robotics, Servo's, CNC Maintenance, PLCs, Power Supplies, PMC Ladders, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, mechanical/electrical knowledge, and teamwork ability.
- At least 1 year of Industrial Electrical experience
