Machine Operator
We need an experienced Heavy Coiler to set up, run and monitor coiling equipment that forms metal coils and springs. This is a hands-on, physically demanding, skilled operator role. You must be able to think for yourself, troubleshoot on the fly, and take pride in making parts right the first time

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up and operate coiling/coil-winding machines and related equipment.
- Monitor machine operation, adjust feeds/speeds/tension to maintain part quality and output.
- Inspect parts to print tolerances using calipers, micrometers and other precision measurement tools
- Perform routine maintenance, clean-up and minor troubleshooting to avoid downtime.
- Trim, finish or package coils as required; work with conveyor or handling equipment.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable lifting 75# regularly
- Previous metal coil/spring or wire-form manufacturing experience
- Proficient using calipers and micrometers and interpreting blueprints/prints
- Solid math skills, comfortable with fractions and decimals
- Able to work independently, make good judgment calls, and troubleshoot machine issues
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
