Accounting Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process incoming payments and make bank deposits in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Audit and reconciliation of receipts routinely to ensure accounting accuracy
- Customer-related recordkeeping including accounting job file coordination, financial reporting, invoicing and receivables
- Generate routine financial summaries, statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status as directed.
Accounting Specialist Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong mathematical skills
- Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills
- Intermediate word processing skills
- Proficient in 10-key by touch
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
